The Team

Kelley Waters DO BSc (Hons) Ost. Registered Osteopath GOsC

Kelley qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1999 and worked in various busy practices before establishing the Orchard Clinic in 2002.

She is passionate about her vocation and has chosen like-minded practitioners to work alongside, allowing her to create a caring, professional clinic providing the very best care for each client.

Kelley is married to Dominic and they have a ‘busy’ little boy called Benjamin.

Lisa Allwood DO Bsc Ost. Registered Osteopath GOsC

Lisa qualified in 1996 from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone and has worked in her own practice and others before coming to work with everyone here two years ago.

She enjoys treating the people who come to the Orchard Clinic due to the many different types of biomechanical and health problems that patients come with. Her areas of special interest are in treating babies, children and also people suffering from migraines, headaches and shoulder problems.

In her spare time she goes walking, rock climbing, sailing and canoeing. She really likes to travel and recently spent a month in New Zealand fulfilling a few ambitions such as kayaking with baby fur seals.

Bruce Carnegie MSc Ost. BSc(Hons) Ost. Registered Osteopath

Bruce Carnegie came to England from Zimbabwe to train as an Osteopath at The British School of Osteopathy in London, graduating in 2003.  He then undertook a Masters in Osteopathy - his thesis being on breast cancer patients and their treatment post radiotherapy.  Bruce's areas of special interest are sports injuries and visceral techniques. He lives locally with his wife and two lovely boys.

Carrie Schmidt MICHT Massage Therapist

Carrie Schmidt has worked as a remedial massage therapist for the last 4 years and has been involved with the Orchard Clinic since it opened in October 2002.

She combines deep soft tissue massage with exercise and stretching and advice, while working closely with the other therapists at the Clinic, ensuring the most effective treatment for her clients.

Natalie Noakes PTS(Dip), MISRM, SMA, REPs. Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist

Natalie Noakes is a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. She works with patients to address tension, injuries and muscle imbalances through a combination of techniques including deep tissue massage and stretching. Her areas of special interest are in working with posture related issues in both adults and children, and using exercise to assist rehabilitation.

Natalie lives in Goring and  is married with 2 daughters. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and likes to run, play tennis and do Pilates and Yoga.

Mel Greenaway PGDip BSc(Hons) MChS. HPC Registered Podiatrist

Mel has worked as a Podiatrist and Specialist in Biomechanics, both in Private Practice and the NHS for over fifteen years.

She has worked in her specialist role at The Orchard Clinic since it opened treating sports injuries, gait problems (especially in children) and working alongside the rest of The Team to help prevent repetitive back and lower limb pain.

Mel also provides a chiropody service, due to popular demand, treating and finding the route cause to a wide range of foot pathologies such as ingrowing toenails, corns and hard skin

Mel prides herself on providing a friendly, professional and as painless as possible service both on the pocket and physically!

Valesca Borlase Reflexologist

Valesca qualified from The International Institute of Reflexology in 2003 and practices both at The Orchard Clinic and in Henley on Thames.  She works with a broad range of patients and has a special interest in treating cancer patients (alongside their conventional treatments) and in obstetrics.

Sally Knight Practice Manager

Sally is the Practice Manager at The Orchard Clinic. She came out of retirement to assist Kelley at the beginning and has not managed to escape since!

She enjoys very much being part of the Team; working in the background to help make visits to the Clinic as enjoyable and relaxing as possible for all clients and practitioners.
