Reflexology The mass of nerve endings in the feet enable reflexology to stimulate deep into the body – accessing and rebalancing organs to a homeostatic state. Case Study Reflexology – a 29-year-old patient suffering from a great deal of stress, alongside nervous tension headaches, made an appointment to see our reflexologist. She was able to identify and treat areas of the feet relating to the head and neck and this eased the headaches. The patient also reported feeling generally more relaxed and now uses the occasional treatment as a way of countering tension.
